Returns & Exchanges

At Shopadley, we want you to love your new look, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
